White Coffee

Recipes:

  • 1 cup hot water (about 90°C / 195°F)

  • 1–2 tablespoons white coffee grounds (lightly roasted)

  • Sweetened condensed milk or evaporated milk (optional)

  • Sugar (optional)


Instructions:

  • Grind the beans (if whole) to a medium-coarse consistency.

  • Place the white coffee grounds in a coffee filter.

  • Pour hot water slowly over the grounds and let it drip through.

  • Serve as is or add milk and sugar to taste.
