These sugar-free chocolate chip cookies are chewy, delicious, and perfect for anyone looking to reduce sugar intake. Maltitol, a sugar substitute, provides sweetness while keeping the texture soft and satisfying.

  • ½ cup Maltitol sweetener

  • ½ tsp Baking soda

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, maltitol, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

    • In another bowl, beat butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Combine the Mixtures:

    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.

    • Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.

  5. Shape the Cookies:

    • Scoop small portions of dough and place them on the baking sheet.

    • Flatten slightly with a spoon.
