📝Ingredients:
100g Popcorn kernels
2 tbsp Vegetable oil or butter
½ tsp I+G seasoning (disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate)
½ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp Garlic powder (optional)
¼ tsp Paprika or chili powder (optional for spiciness)
1 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra umami)
👨🍳Instructions:
Pop the Popcorn:
Heat vegetable oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add popcorn kernels, cover the pot, and shake occasionally to prevent burning.
Once the popping slows down, remove from heat and let it rest for a minute.
Prepare the Seasoning:
In a small bowl, mix I+G seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Coat the Popcorn:
Transfer the hot popcorn to a large bowl.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly while tossing the popcorn to coat well.
