Protein-Packed Chocolate Smoothie 🍫🥤

📝Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 banana (for natural sweetness)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp glycine powder (for a mild sweetness & protein boost)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup ice cubes


👨‍🍳Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Peel and slice the banana for easier blending.

  2. Blend Everything Together:

    • In a blender, add milk, banana, cocoa powder, glycine powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.

    • Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste & Adjust:

    • If you want it sweeter, add a bit more glycine powder or honey.

  4. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Pour into a glass, add some cocoa powder on top, and enjoy immediately! 🍫✨
