📝Ingredients:
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 banana (for natural sweetness)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp glycine powder (for a mild sweetness & protein boost)
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup ice cubes

Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and slice the banana for easier blending.
Blend Everything Together:
In a blender, add milk, banana, cocoa powder, glycine powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Taste & Adjust:
If you want it sweeter, add a bit more glycine powder or honey.
