Recipe with Allulose
Recipe with Allulose

This chocolate is perfect for keto diets, diabetics, or anyone looking to enjoy chocolate without excessive sugar.

📝 Ingredients:

Main Ingredients:

  • 100 grams cocoa butter

  • 50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 30 grams allulose (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

Optional (Variations):

  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened milk powder (for milk chocolate)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon or coffee powder (for extra flavor)

  • Almonds, cashews, or other nuts (for added texture)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Melt the cocoa butter

  • Heat water in a small pot and place a heatproof bowl on top (double boiler method).

  • Add cocoa butter and melt it slowly while stirring.

  • Add the other ingredients

  • Once melted, lower the heat and mix in the cocoa powder. Stir until fully combined.

  • Gradually add allulose while stirring continuously to ensure it dissolves well.

  • Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.

Strain the chocolate mixture

  • If there are any lumps, strain the mixture using a fine sieve for a smooth texture.

  • Pour into molds

  • Prepare chocolate molds or a tray lined with parchment paper.

  • If adding nuts or toppings, sprinkle them into the molds before pouring in the chocolate mixture.

  • Cool until solid

  • Place the molds in the fridge for 30-60 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.

  • Ready to enjoy!

  • Once hardened, remove the chocolates from the molds and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
