This Lo Han Guo (Monk Fruit) Herbal Drink is a naturally sweet, refreshing, and healthy beverage. It helps soothe the throat, cool the body, and is perfect as a sugar-free alternative to sweetened drinks.
📝Ingredients:
1 Lo Han Guo fruit (or 1 tbsp Lo Han Guo extract powder)
1 liter Water
2-3 slices Ginger (optional, for warmth)
3-5 Dried chrysanthemum flowers (optional, for floral aroma)
1 stick Cinnamon (optional, for extra depth of flavor)
1 tbsp Goji berries (optional, for extra antioxidants)

Prepare the Ingredients:
If using whole Lo Han Guo fruit, gently break it into pieces.
Rinse the dried chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries (if using).
Boil the Lo Han Guo:
In a pot, add water and Lo Han Guo pieces (or extract powder).
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Enhance the Flavor:
Add ginger, chrysanthemum flowers, cinnamon, and goji berries if using.
Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
Strain and Serve:
Strain the tea into cups and enjoy warm or chilled.
