This L-Carnitine Energy Smoothie is perfect for boosting metabolism, enhancing fat-burning, and providing sustained energy. It's a great pre-workout or morning drink to kickstart your day!


📝Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1 small Banana (for natural sweetness & potassium)

  • ½ cup Frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (for fiber & omega-3s)

  • 1 tsp Honey or stevia (optional for sweetness)

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon (optional for flavor & blood sugar balance)

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (for freshness & vitamin C)

  • 1 serving L-Carnitine supplement (liquid or powder, follow dosage on the label)

  • ½ cup Ice cubes


👨‍🍳Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:

    • In a blender, combine almond milk, banana, frozen berries, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

  2. Add L-Carnitine:

    • Pour in L-Carnitine (liquid or powder, based on recommended dosage).
