Konjac Grass Jelly Dessert🍨

📝Ingredients:
10g Grass Konjac Gum
500ml Water
50g Sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp Lemon juice or Pandan extract (optional for flavoring)
200ml Coconut milk
2 tbsp Condensed milk (optional for sweetness)
Ice cubes (for serving)
Fresh fruits (mango, lychee, or strawberries) for topping
👨🍳Instructions:
Prepare the Konjac Jelly:
In a pot, mix grass konjac gum with water and sugar. Stir well to dissolve the powder completely.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it starts to thicken (about 5-7 minutes).
Add lemon juice or pandan extract if desired for extra flavor.
Pour the mixture into a container or mold and let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Once set, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into cubes.
Prepare the Coconut Milk Sauce:
In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk and condensed milk. Stir well and chill in the refrigerator.
Assemble the Dessert:
Cut the konjac jelly into small cubes.
Place the jelly cubes in a serving bowl.
Add fresh fruits like mango, lychee, or strawberries for extra sweetness.
Pour the chilled coconut milk sauce over the jelly.
Add ice cubes for a refreshing touch.
