Konjac Grass Jelly Dessert🍨

📝Ingredients:

  • 10g Grass Konjac Gum

  • 500ml Water

  • 50g Sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice or Pandan extract (optional for flavoring)

  • 200ml Coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk (optional for sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (for serving)

  • Fresh fruits (mango, lychee, or strawberries) for topping


👨‍🍳Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Konjac Jelly:

    • In a pot, mix grass konjac gum with water and sugar. Stir well to dissolve the powder completely.

    • Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it starts to thicken (about 5-7 minutes).

    • Add lemon juice or pandan extract if desired for extra flavor.

    • Pour the mixture into a container or mold and let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

    • Once set, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into cubes.

  2. Prepare the Coconut Milk Sauce:

    • In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk and condensed milk. Stir well and chill in the refrigerator.

  3. Assemble the Dessert:

    • Cut the konjac jelly into small cubes.

    • Place the jelly cubes in a serving bowl.

    • Add fresh fruits like mango, lychee, or strawberries for extra sweetness.

    • Pour the chilled coconut milk sauce over the jelly.

    • Add ice cubes for a refreshing touch.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    • Mix everything before eating and enjoy this refreshing, chewy, and slightly sweet dessert!
