Golden Turmeric Latte with Curcumin Extract ☕✨

📝Ingredients:

  • 250 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • ½ tsp curcumin extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

  • ¼ tsp ginger powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 tbsp honey or crystalline fructose (adjust to taste)

  • A pinch of black pepper (enhances curcumin absorption)


👨‍🍳Instructions:

  1. Heat the Milk:

    • In a small saucepan, heat milk over low to medium heat.

    • Stir occasionally to avoid scorching.

  2. Add the Spices:

    • Mix in curcumin extract, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla extract, and black pepper.

    • Whisk well until evenly combined.

  3. Sweeten & Blend:

    • Add honey or crystalline fructose and stir until dissolved.

    • Use a milk frother or whisk to create a slight foam.

  4. Serve Warm:
