This Golden Turmeric Latte is a warm, soothing, and anti-inflammatory drink that’s perfect for boosting immunity and digestion. Using turmeric extract ensures a strong, rich flavor with maximum health benefits.
📝Ingredients:
1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
½ tsp Turmeric extract
½ tsp Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground ginger (optional, for extra warmth)
1 tsp Honey or stevia (optional for sweetness)
¼ tsp Vanilla extract (optional for aroma)
1 pinch Black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
