This Golden Turmeric Latte is a warm, soothing, and anti-inflammatory drink that’s perfect for boosting immunity and digestion. Using turmeric extract ensures a strong, rich flavor with maximum health benefits.


📝Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • ½ tsp Turmeric extract

  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp Ground ginger (optional, for extra warmth)

  • 1 tsp Honey or stevia (optional for sweetness)

  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract (optional for aroma)

  • 1 pinch Black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

👨‍🍳Instructions:

  1. Heat the Milk:

    • In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the almond milk (do not boil).

  2. Add Spices & Turmeric Extract:

    • Stir in turmeric extract, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and vanilla extract.
