📝Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)

  • 2 tbsp grass honey powder (for natural sweetness)

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

  • ½ cup butter (softened) or coconut oil

  • ¼ cup brown sugar (adjust for sweetness)

  • 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)


👨‍🍳Instructions:

  • Preheat & Prepare:

    • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a bowl, whisk together oats, flour, grass honey powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

  • Cream Butter & Sugar:

    • In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.

    • Add egg, vanilla extract, and milk, then mix well.

  • Combine Everything:

    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

    • Stir until well combined.

  • Shape the Cookies:

    • Scoop small portions of dough and place them on the baking sheet.

    • Flatten slightly with a spoon or fork.

  • Bake the Cookies:

    • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

    • Let them cool on a wire rack.
