📝Ingredients:
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
2 tbsp grass honey powder (for natural sweetness)
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
½ cup butter (softened) or coconut oil
¼ cup brown sugar (adjust for sweetness)
1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
👨🍳Instructions:
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together oats, flour, grass honey powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Cream Butter & Sugar:
In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
