Ingredients📝

  • 2 cups fruit juice (any flavor, like mango, orange, or mixed berry)

  • 1 tbsp agar-agar powder

  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • ½ cup chopped fresh fruits (optional)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (for a slight tang)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions🧑🏼‍🍳

  • In a saucepan, mix the fruit juice and agar-agar powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes to hydrate.

  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until the agar-agar dissolves completely (about 5 minutes).

  • Add honey or sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.

  • Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice and vanilla extract.

  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a tray. Add chopped fruits for extra texture.

  • Let it cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour until fully set.

  • Once firm, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
