This rich, creamy, and keto-friendly powdered coffee creamer enhances the flavor of your coffee while providing a steady energy boost. It’s shelf-stable and easy to mix with hot coffee!


📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter Fat Powder (adds creamy texture and buttery richness)

  • ½ cup MCT Oil Powder (boosts energy and enhances ketone production)

  • ⅓ cup Collagen Peptides (optional) (supports skin, joints, and gut health)

  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Powder (or 1 tsp vanilla bean extract powder)

  • 2 tbsp Sweetener of Choice (stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol)

  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt (enhances flavor and provides minerals)


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together the butter fat powder, MCT oil powder, collagen peptides, vanilla powder, sweetener, and salt until evenly combined.

  2. Blend for Finer Texture (Optional):

    • If you prefer a super-fine powder that dissolves easily, pulse the mixture in a blender or food processor for 20–30 seconds.
