Creamy Milk Pudding with Fat Filled Milk Powder 🍮

📝Ingredients:

  • 500 ml water

  • 100 g fat filled milk powder

  • 50 g sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 10 g gelatin powder (or 1 tbsp agar-agar powder)

  • 3 tbsp warm water (to dissolve gelatin)

  • Fresh fruits or syrup (for topping, optional)


👨‍🍳Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Milk Mixture:

    • In a saucepan, mix fat filled milk powder with water until fully dissolved.

    • Add sugar and vanilla extract, then stir well.

  2. Dissolve the Gelatin:

    • In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in warm water.

    • Let it sit for 5 minutes until fully bloomed.

  3. Heat the Milk Mixture:

    • Heat the milk mixture over low-medium heat, stirring continuously.

    • Do not let it boil—just warm it enough to dissolve the ingredients.

  4. Combine with Gelatin:

    • Add the dissolved gelatin into the warm milk mixture.

    • Stir well until everything is completely mixed.

  5. Set the Pudding:

    • Pour the mixture into molds or cups.

    • Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.

  6. Serve & Enjoy!

    • Once set, serve chilled with fresh fruits, caramel, or syrup. 🍓🍯
