Creamy Milk Pudding with Fat Filled Milk Powder 🍮

📝Ingredients:
500 ml water
100 g fat filled milk powder
50 g sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp warm water (to dissolve gelatin)
Fresh fruits or syrup (for topping, optional)
👨🍳Instructions:
Prepare the Milk Mixture:
In a saucepan, mix fat filled milk powder with water until fully dissolved.
Add sugar and vanilla extract, then stir well.
Dissolve the Gelatin:
In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in warm water.
Let it sit for 5 minutes until fully bloomed.
Heat the Milk Mixture:
Heat the milk mixture over low-medium heat, stirring continuously.
Do not let it boil—just warm it enough to dissolve the ingredients.
Combine with Gelatin:
Add the dissolved gelatin into the warm milk mixture.
Stir well until everything is completely mixed.
Set the Pudding:
Pour the mixture into molds or cups.
Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
Serve & Enjoy!
