â 100g Unsalted Butter (softened)
â 50g Heavy Cream
â 30g Honey or Maple Syrup (optional for extra flavor)
â 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
â 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (for a salted caramel version)

1ď¸âŁ Melt the Butter & Caramel
In a small saucepan, heat butter over low heat until melted.
Add caramel liquid and mix gently.
2ď¸âŁ Add Cream & Flavoring
Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.
Add honey/maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt (if making a salted version).
3ď¸âŁ Simmer & Thicken
Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
The mixture will become thick and creamy.
4ď¸âŁ Cool & Store
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Transfer to a sterilized glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
Stays fresh for 2-3 weeks.
