Fruity Jelly Delight: A Refreshing Gelatin Dessert 🍓🍊

📝Ingredients:

  • 10 g gelatin powder (or 5 gelatin sheets)

  • 250 ml fruit juice (orange, strawberry, or mango)

  • 50 g sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 250 ml water

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for extra freshness)

  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, mango, or kiwi) for garnish


👨‍🍳Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Gelatin:

    • If using gelatin powder, dissolve it in 50 ml warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    • If using gelatin sheets, soak them in cold water for 5 minutes until soft, then squeeze out excess water.

  2. Heat the Liquid Mixture:

    • In a saucepan, heat fruit juice, sugar, and remaining water over low heat.

    • Stir until the sugar dissolves but do not boil.

  3. Combine with Gelatin:

    • Remove the saucepan from heat and add the dissolved gelatin.

    • Stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

  4. Pour & Set:

    • Pour the mixture into molds or small cups.

    • Add fresh fruit pieces for extra texture and flavor.

  5. Chill & Serve:

    • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until fully set.
