Fruity Jelly Delight: A Refreshing Gelatin Dessert 🍓🍊

📝Ingredients:
10 g gelatin powder (or 5 gelatin sheets)
250 ml fruit juice (orange, strawberry, or mango)
50 g sugar (adjust to taste)
250 ml water
1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for extra freshness)
Fresh fruits (strawberries, mango, or kiwi) for garnish
👨🍳Instructions:
Prepare the Gelatin:
If using gelatin powder, dissolve it in 50 ml warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
If using gelatin sheets, soak them in cold water for 5 minutes until soft, then squeeze out excess water.
Heat the Liquid Mixture:
In a saucepan, heat fruit juice, sugar, and remaining water over low heat.
Stir until the sugar dissolves but do not boil.
Combine with Gelatin:
Remove the saucepan from heat and add the dissolved gelatin.
Stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Pour & Set:
Pour the mixture into molds or small cups.
Add fresh fruit pieces for extra texture and flavor.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until fully set.
